Applications are invited for filling up the following posts:-

Executive Officer

Scale of Pay: Rs.7450-225-11500 (Pre-revised) Pay Band-2, (Rs.9300-34800) Grade Pay Rs.4600/- (Revised).
Classification: General Central Service – Group ‘B’ Gazetted – Ministerial
Educational Qualification for Direct recruits:
Essential:
(i) Degree of a recognised university or equivalent
(ii) 3 years experience in Administration, accounts and establishment matters in Government/Semi Government organisation.
Desirable:
Experience in work relating to Lighthouse.
Method of Recruitment: Deputation:
Officers of the Central Government:
(i) Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre/department, or
(ii) With 2 years service in the grade renderec after appointment thereto on regular basis in the pre-revised scale of pay Rs.6500-10500 or equivalent in the parent cadre/department; or
(iii) With 5 years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in the pre-revised scale of pay of Rs.5500-9000, or equivalent in the parent cadre/department.
Age Limit: The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation shall not be exceeding 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications.
Headquarters: Directorate of Lighthouses & Lightships,Mumbai.
Period of Deputation:
Initially for a period of one year and may be extended upto three years.
